Rules Governing Your Account

01 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the ad77a website accessible at https://ad77a.io, including all games, betting markets, account management tools, and associated services.
• "We", "Us", "Our" refers to ad77a and its operating entity, including all employees, agents, contractors, and affiliated companies.
• "You", "Your", "Player" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the Platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means a registered user account on the Platform, denominated in BDT (Bangladeshi Taka).
• "Funds" means the BDT balance held in your Account, including any deposited amounts and any credited bonus funds.
• "Real Money Balance" means the portion of your Account Funds consisting of deposited BDT only, excluding any bonus or promotional credits.
• "Bonus Funds" means any credits, free spins, cashback amounts, or other promotional value added to your Account by ad77a.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Bonus amount must be staked on eligible games before any associated winnings may be withdrawn.
• "Prohibited Conduct" means any action defined as prohibited under Clause 7 of these Terms, including but not limited to fraud, collusion, and the use of automated betting software.
• "BST" means Bangladesh Standard Time (UTC+6), which is the reference time zone for all Platform operations, promotional deadlines, and transaction timestamps.

02 Acceptance of Terms

By completing the registration process and creating an Account on the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, including any documents incorporated by reference such as the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and ad77a with respect to your use of the Platform. They supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings of any nature, whether oral or written, between you and ad77a relating to your use of any service offered on this Platform.

03 Eligibility

To be eligible to open and maintain an Account on the Platform, you must at all times satisfy each of the following conditions:

• You are a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity).
• You are accessing the Platform from Bangladesh or from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not prohibited under applicable law.
• You are not subject to any court order, regulatory direction, or self-exclusion agreement that prevents you from engaging in gambling activities.
• You have not previously had an Account suspended or terminated by ad77a for a breach of these Terms.
• You are not an employee, contractor, officer, director, or close family member of any employee of ad77a or any of its affiliated companies or game providers.
• You are not acting on behalf of any third party — you are playing exclusively for your own personal entertainment using your own funds.

ad77a reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time, including but not limited to a copy of a national identification card, passport, or utility bill. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending verification.

04 Account Registration

Each individual is permitted to hold only one Account on the Platform. Duplicate accounts — whether created under the same identity or different identities — are strictly prohibited. If duplicate accounts are detected, ad77a reserves the right to close all associated accounts and confiscate any accumulated winnings without notice.

When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. You agree to update your Account information promptly if any of your submitted details change. ad77a is not liable for any loss arising from your failure to maintain accurate Account information.

You are solely responsible for selecting a secure password and for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or Account access with any other person. Any activity conducted through your Account — whether or not authorised by you — is your sole responsibility.

Account registration is free of charge. ad77a does not charge any fee for opening, maintaining, or closing an Account. You may close your Account at any time by contacting the support team via the live chat available in your account dashboard, subject to the completion of any pending transactions.

05 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the Platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The Platform supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Additional payment options may be added from time to time, subject to availability.

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. There is no ad77a-imposed fee for deposits. Funds deposited via bKash and Nagad are typically credited to your Account balance within a few seconds of the transaction being confirmed by the payment provider. In exceptional cases, processing may take up to 15 minutes.

Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Before any withdrawal is processed, your Account must pass identity verification as described in Clause 3. Where Bonus Funds have been credited to your Account, the applicable Wagering Requirement must be completed in full before those funds — or winnings derived from them — may be withdrawn. Withdrawals to bKash or Nagad are typically processed within 15 minutes of approval. In exceptional circumstances, processing may take up to 24 hours.

Transaction Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly transaction limits may apply, both for deposits and withdrawals. Current limits are displayed within your Account settings. These limits may be adjusted upward by contacting the support team, subject to enhanced identity verification.

ad77a reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal where fraud, money laundering, or breach of these Terms is suspected. Any funds found to be the proceeds of fraud or any other criminal activity will be reported to the relevant authorities and will be subject to forfeiture.

06 Bonuses & Promotions

ad77a offers various promotional incentives including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and tournament prizes. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated at the time the promotion is offered, in addition to the general bonus conditions set out in this clause.

Unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise, the following general bonus conditions apply to all Bonus Funds credited to your Account:

• A minimum wagering requirement of 30x the bonus amount applies before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn.
• Wagering contributions vary by game type. Slots typically contribute 100% to wagering requirements. Live table games and sports bets may contribute less. Specific contribution rates are published on the promotion detail page.
• Bonus Funds must be used within 30 days of being credited, after which they will expire and be removed from your Account automatically.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, per household, and per device.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash except where explicitly stated in the promotion terms.
• ad77a reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice, including where it suspects that a promotion is being abused.

07 Fair Play & Prohibited Conduct

ad77a is committed to providing a fair, transparent, and enjoyable gaming environment for all players. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform and constitutes grounds for immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of funds:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with games on your behalf.
• Exploiting any software error, miscalculation, or malfunction in any game or betting market. Any winnings resulting from a demonstrable software fault are void and will be reversed.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, tournament, or betting market.
• Engaging in any form of arbitrage betting or matched betting using Bonus Funds.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, identity verification, or when contacting support.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other criminal activity. ad77a complies with applicable anti-money laundering obligations and will report suspicious activity to the relevant authorities.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, or otherwise tamper with the Platform or any game software.
• Opening an Account while subject to a self-exclusion arrangement on any gambling platform.

ad77a uses sophisticated monitoring systems to detect patterns associated with Prohibited Conduct. All game outcomes and transaction histories are logged and subject to review. Where Prohibited Conduct is confirmed, ad77a's decision regarding Account status and fund disposition is final.

08 Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform — including but not limited to software, game assets, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, data, and audio-visual materials — is the intellectual property of ad77a or its licensed content providers (including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, Ezugi, Spribe, NetEnt, and Microgaming) and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment. 10 Responsible Gaming

11 Limitation of Liability

ad77a is not liable for any indirect, consequential, special, incidental, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any other financial loss, even if ad77a has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While ad77a makes every reasonable effort to ensure continuous and error-free availability, it does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or free from technical errors at all times.

12 Account Suspension & Termination

ad77a reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your Account at any time and without prior notice where:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• We have reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity in connection with your Account.
• You have provided false or misleading information at any point during registration or verification.
• You are found to be under the age of 21.
• Regulatory or legal requirements necessitate the closure of your Account.
• You have made a valid self-exclusion request.

Where an Account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any Real Money Balance may be withheld pending investigation. Where fraud or criminal activity is confirmed, the full Account balance may be forfeited and the matter referred to the relevant authorities.

You may request voluntary Account closure at any time by contacting the support team. Upon closure requested by you, and provided there are no unresolved disputes or pending verification requirements, your remaining Real Money Balance will be returned to your registered bKash or Nagad account within 5 business days.

13 Amendments to Terms

ad77a reserves the right to update or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — meaning they meaningfully alter your rights or obligations — ad77a will provide at least 14 days' advance notice by posting a prominent notice on the Platform and, where practicable, by sending an email notification to your registered address.

Non-material amendments (such as corrections of typographical errors, clarifications of existing provisions, or updates that benefit players) may take effect immediately upon publication without advance notice.

14 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, your Account, or your use of the Platform that cannot be resolved through the ad77a customer support process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the applicable jurisdiction.
